Job Summary
About the role
The Senior Finance Officer position provides leadership support across the transactional finance function ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts and compliance with statutory and organisational requirements. The role acts as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders mentors team members and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes including:
- Endtoend transactional accounting operations across Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Banking Credit Cards and Accounts Racing
- Contributing to system enhancements automation initiatives and process improvements
Qualifications :
About You
You are a detailoriented finance professional with strong transactional accounting experience and the confidence to support and guide others. You bring a proactive mindset enjoy improving the way things are done and communicate clearly with both finance and nonfinance stakeholders. This role requires:
- Possession of or substantial progress towards a relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting Finance or a related field
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Sound proficiency in business systems with the ability to identify and resolve issues understand system interactions and support accurate and compliant processing.
