- Delivering a highquality customerfocused service
- Managing all outpatient program referrals efficiently
- Ensuring all referrals meet Health Fund and Compensable contract requirements
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong communication skills and solid computer proficiency
- Previous experience in a Hospital or Medical Administration setting
- Proven ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Confidence in working with and influencing stakeholders across Allied Health Nursing and VMOs
- The ability to meet deadlines while maintaining excellent customer service in a fastpaced environment
