Job Summary
- Leads and supervises the IRD team in all aspects of the department and ensures service standards are followed.
- Handles guests concerns and offers professional friendly and engaging service.
- Implements outlet policies procedures and service standards and follows all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
- Service-oriented high guest service skills strong leadership skills and ability to motivate colleagues to excellence.
- Strong working knowledge of In-Room Dining operations Micros and MS Office applications.
