Robeco is expanding its ETF platform and we are looking for an ETF Capital Markets Specialist to support the growth of our ETF this role you will work closely with market makers Authorized Participants portfolio managers operations and sales teams to ensure smooth trading across both primary and secondary markets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to launch a career in the ETF industry where you will contribute to new ETF launches and help enhance an innovative and fastgrowing platform.

Position & Requirements

The position

Ensure efficient trading and execution across primary and secondary ETF markets.
Collaborate with APs portfolio managers and operations on primary market processes.
Monitor intraday spreads trading activity and liquidity to support competitive performance.
Build or enhance tools that improve liquidity insights and market analysis.
Respond to client and sales requests with clear datadriven ETF market insights.
Support new ETF launches and contribute to improvements in existing products.
Maintain strong relationships with market makers brokers and ETF ecosystem partners.
Identify process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency and competitiveness.
Provide liquidity and pretrade analysis to support distribution and client needs.
Track market trends and competitor developments to inform platform strategy.

What you bring

Approximately 5 years of experience in finance industry preferably within ETF capital markets or ETFrelated trading/operations roles.
Strong proficiency in Bloomberg Excel Morningstar and preferably Python.
Collaborative proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
Detailoriented with the ability to build strong internal and external partnerships.
Willingness to learn and take on a new challenge to grow your career in the ETF industry.
