The Role: Business Development Consultant

This newly created role focuses on acquiring new UK-based partners through outbound B2B sales. Youll identify and engage potential clients deliver impactful product demos and manage new partner onboarding to ensure long-term success. Ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a passion for tech and a strong understanding of the UK market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 2 years B2B outbound sales experience ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Identify and engage potential UK clients via cold calling outbound campaigns and digital outreach
  • Deliver virtual product demos and guide partners to the most suitable packages
  • Manage onboarding and platform adoption for new clients during the initial setup phase
  • Build strong ongoing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a robust sales pipeline
  • Record all interactions and updates accurately in Salesforce CRM
  • Share market feedback and partner insights to support product and strategy development

About You

  • At least 2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales roles
  • Experience working with UK-based clients is essential
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle: prospecting demoing closing and onboarding
  • Clear and persuasive communicator across all digital channels
  • Proficient in Salesforce Google Workspace Slack and Microsoft Office
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented able to manage multiple leads and priorities
  • Proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced target-driven environments
