Executive Officer (Part-time) ()
Responsibilities:
The appointee is expected to provide administrative support to the Department to:
- Render secretarial support to the Department;
- Perform RPg programme administration and other curriculum-related duties;
- Serve committees;
- Organise seminars/symposiums;
- Handle research grant applications and research staff recruitment; and
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A bachelors degree preferably with two recent years of relevant work experience;
- Strong communication organisational and analytical skills and have a strong sense of responsibility;
- Be proactive mature and able to work independently; and
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and literacy in computing applications are required.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a written assessment.
Appointment period will be subject to mutual agreement.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
