Responsibilities:
The appointee is expected to provide departmental administrative duties to:
- Render secretarial support;
- Assist in TPg and Ug programme admissions administrations and other related activities;
- Organise seminars/symposia;
- Handle logistic arrangements of visiting scholars;
- Assist to update social media platforms and prepare publicity materials; and
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A bachelors degree preferably with two recent years of relevant work experience;
- Strong communication organisational and analytical skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility being proactive and mature and be able to work independently are expected; and
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and literacy in computing applications are required.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a written assessment.
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subjected to mutual agreement.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
