Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS) is a medium-sized rural health service that delivers a range of programs and services including acute subacute residential aged care and allied and primary health care services. KDHS has three campuses located in the townships of Kyabram Stanhope and Tongala.

the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing quality health care. They must be committed to inspire a culture of continuous quality improvement and enable an engaged and safe work position provides educational and career development opportunities and enables the applicant to grow within their scope of practice.

Registered Nurses employed by Kyabram District Health Service are a member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. They are responsible for ensuring that clinical practice and the delivery of care across a range of contexts promotes the patients holistic wellbeing and utilises a person centred care model.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need to be registered with AHPRA have recent clinical experience with well developed clinical analytical and problem solving skills highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; time management and organisational skills as well as competent computer skills with knowledge of patient management systems.
