This role is responsible for delivering accurate timely and relevant information reports and data to the Department of Home Affairs and other key stakeholders relating to individuals in detention facilities and community residences. The position supports transparency and compliance and effective oversight of client care and services.
The role also contributes to maintaining high standards of care by identifying and escalating issues or concerns to the appropriate teams ensuring risks are addressed promptly and quality outcomes for clients are consistently achieved. This is fully remote role requiring the successful candidate to have an appropriate home set-up including reliable internet connection. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Lets talk about you:
To be successful in this role you must hold a Bachelor of Nursing and have current unconditional AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1). You will bring strong clinical knowledge alongside welldeveloped analytical reporting and clinical decisionmaking skills.
You will have a minimum of three years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. Experience working in a corporate or complex health environment is highly regarded and will be considered an advantage.
You will be a collaborative team player with the ability to clearly present written medical and clinical information to nonmedical audiences. Strong communication skills are essential along with excellent verbal and written proficiency. An understanding of politically sensitive health services and the ability to operate with discretion and professionalism is highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel is required.
