The Operational Manager plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and driving process innovation for enhanced team performance and productivity. This position is responsible for establishing monitoring measuring and reporting against defined standards while aligning with the needs and expectations of users partners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all processes change initiatives and quality procedures at the India Support Center.
Build and oversee workforce management training and QA teams.
Develop and optimize work plans and procedures.
Serve as the managerial escalation point for internal stakeholders addressing arising issues efficiently.
Supervise daily results and implement timely interventions to mitigate risks.
Coordinate regularly with regional Service Managers.
Conduct structured meetings with team members.
Oversee resource allocation vacation planning and KPI bonus preparations.
Achieve KPIs and set annual performance goals for teams.
Review QA forms.
Participate in recruitment and hiring activities.
Evaluate employee performance identify training needs and define appropriate training sessions.
Provide oversight for Learning & Development (L&D) and Quality Assurance for the team.

7-12 years experience including at least 5 years as an operational manager in a global organization.
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Strong command of English (written and spoken).
Proven project and people management skills.
Thorough understanding of support delivery processes.
Expertise in Quality Assurance.
Exceptional organizational interpersonal and leadership abilities.
Analytical approach to problem solving.
High motivation and independence.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing global stakeholders.
Familiarity with international markets.
Capacity to liaise effectively with VP Senior Director and Director levels.
Relevant experience in service/support domains.
