Job Summary

Job Description:

1. Industrial Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Build and scale the industrial LNG B2B sales business across targeted industrial clusters.

  • Deliver annual revenue targets with clear quarterly sales run-rate accountability.

  • Identify and onboard 10 15 anchor industrial customers through long-term LNG supply agreements.

  • Develop strong customer engagement strategies to drive long-term business partnerships.

2. Pipeline Creation & Market Expansion

  • Create and convert a qualified and sustainable industrial sales pipeline for upcoming LNG outlets within defined timelines.

  • Map potential industrial clusters identify high-volume LNG consumption opportunities and develop targeted go-to-market strategies.

  • Establish Ultra Gas as a preferred and reliable LNG partner across key industrial segments.

3. Commercial Excellence & Margin Management

  • Maintain targeted gross margins (15 20%) through disciplined pricing strategies and effective commercial negotiations.

  • Structure commercial agreements balancing customer competitiveness and business profitability.

  • Collaborate with pricing and commercial teams to develop competitive and sustainable pricing models.

4. Credit Collections & Risk Management

  • Ensure timely collections within defined credit cycles (30 45 days).

  • Implement strong credit evaluation and risk control mechanisms while onboarding customers.

  • Work closely with finance and credit teams to maintain healthy receivables and minimize business risk.

5. Sales Engine & Capability Building

  • Develop a scalable process-driven industrial sales model that can be replicated across regions.

  • Build standard sales processes customer onboarding frameworks and performance tracking mechanisms.

  • Support future national expansion by creating structured sales playbooks and capability frameworks.
