Tasks
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements reports and forecasts to assist management in decision-making.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely processing and payment of invoices.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes to support company growth and efficiency.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
