Your Mission
About the Role
At ubitricity we make charging simple and so is working with us. As part of our Operations Team youll help turn installation plans into realworld EV charging points that people rely on every day. Youll keep projects moving work closely with suppliers and internal teams solve challenges with a calm and positive mindset and play an important role in expanding one of the UKs most accessible EV charging networks. If you enjoy taking ownership staying organised and making a visible impact this role is for you.
What Youll Do
- Manage your own portfolio of installation projects from planning to commissioning
- Coordinate suppliers and contractors ensuring quality safety and delivery targets are met
- Plan timelines resources risks and dependencies to keep projects on track
- Prepare clear weekly and monthly updates for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company processes
- Identifyrisks and issues early escalating and resolving them proactively
- Support continuous improvement by contributing ideas and spotting optimisation opportunities
Your profile
What You Bring
- Experience delivering or supporting endtoend technical or installation projects
- Confidence coordinating contractors suppliers or field teams
- Understanding of project financials (or the motivation to learn quickly)
- Ideally experience in the highway electrical sector or with publicsector projects
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects independently
- A proactive collaborative attitude and clear communication style
Your Background
- Degreelevel education or equivalent
- Project management certifications (PRINCE2 APM Agile) are a plus not a requirement
