Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced PMO / Project Controls Engineer to support large-scale safety-critical programmes. The role focuses on supporting project delivery through effective planning cost control reporting and governance across complex engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning and scheduling activities
- Maintain and track project cost budget and forecasts
- Produce progress reports and performance dashboard.
- Track key metrics (SPI CPI Earned Value)
- Manage risks issues and change control processes
- Work closely with engineering commercial and delivery teams
- Support project governance and reporting requirements
Qualifications :
Required Skills:
- Strong background in PMO Project Controls Planning or Cost Engineering
- Proven experience working with tools such as Primavera P6 MS Project or similar
- Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience within regulated environments.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent military experience.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure or complex engineering programmes
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience working with stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams
