Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the Regional Training requirements with focus on Class Room Sessions Virtual
Training sessions and On the Job Sessions
Contribute in development of Sales training modules and training aids like demos for training
Develop and streamline processes and manage the entire gamut of the Training activities in Sales
Facilitate Training Nominations & Training Calendar creation and execution as per timelines
Perform training Need Analysis at Dealerships via coordination with regions and on the basis of
Learning Management System (LMS) data
Establishing feedback systems to assess effectiveness of training programmes and draw vital
inputs to enhance value proposition in the training structure.
Ability to Implement innovative ways of improving knowledge base and skill sets of training
program participants which help in grow the business
Perform Audit calls to analyse call quality at the dealerships identify training need and deliver
corrective learning sessions
Produce training schedules and classroom agenda Determine course content according to
objectives
Prepare training material including presentations worksheets etc.
Lead execution of training sessions webinars workshops groups or individually
Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
Maintain reports and data on completed courses absences issues etc.
Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
