Duties & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Project Manager to join our team. As a Solar Project Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing solar energy projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects meeting deadlines and exceeding clients expectations. Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of solar energy projects from site selection to commissioning.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams including Engineers Technicians and contractors.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address clients concerns and provide regular project updates.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solar projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues to prevent project delays.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering Project Management or a related field.
Proven experience in solar project management.
Strong understanding of solar energy systems and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.
