Position: HR Generalist Business Partner
Area: People & Culture / Talent Management
Reports to: People & Culture Manager Peru
Key Expertise: Personnel administration management strong knowledge of labor legislation and handling of labor cases.
Work Modality: Hybrid (2 days in-office / 3 remote). Flexibility to attend the office as requested or based on business needs is expected.

Position ObjectiveTo act as a strategic partner to business leaders ensuring comprehensive Human Resources management with strong expertise in hard HR processes and Peruvian labor legislation leading labor cases personnel administration and People metrics analysis within a software consulting environment with multinational interaction.
Required Profile- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Psychology Human Resources Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- At least 23 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Proven experience in hard HR processes and solid knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation.
- Experience in consulting technology or services is desirable.
- Experience managing labor cases.
- Intermediate / advanced Excel skills.
- Power BI (desirable).
- Experience with platforms and HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors BUK Google Workspace or others).
- Intermediateadvanced English (minimum B2) conversational level to work with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support leaders and managers in people-related decision-making with a legal operational and strategic approach.
- Act as the People focal point for assigned teams and/or client locations.
- Manage relationships with internal clients ensuring high service levels.
- Coordinate and oversee employee hires terminations and changes (T-Registro personnel actions vacations).
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes including employees assigned to clients.
- Oversee proper administration of employee files contracts renewals and labor documentation.
- Lead labor case management: disciplinary actions employee responses warnings and terminations.
- Develop and update internal policies (code of conduct harassment workplace bullying).
- Ensure compliance with Peruvian labor legislation and current regulations.
- Provide support and advisory services to Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and workplace harassment committees.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cultural transformation.
- Frequent interaction with teams in India the USA and other regions.
- Participation in meetings reports and communications in English.
