Job Summary

As a Sales Agent for the Italian market you will be responsible for advising travelers and converting their travel ideas into tailor-made itineraries in Peru. You will manage requests from the first contact through to the confirmation of the trip combining sales skills with destination expertise.

The position is based on-site in Arequipa with the possibility of hybrid work depending on the organization and candidate profile. You will work closely with the local team and interact daily with travelers through digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone motivated to grow in tourism sales while contributing to high-quality personalized travel experiences.

Your main missions

Sales & customer support

  • Advise travelers and design personalized itineraries based on their interests pace and expectations.

  • Communicate with clients via the Evaneos platform ensuring responsive and professional follow-up.

  • Understand travelers needs and constraints to propose realistic appealing travel solutions.

  • Share destination knowledge to inspire confidence and help travelers make informed decisions.

Operations & practical management

  • Prepare and validate detailed quotations in line with agency processes and pricing guidelines.

  • Coordinate internally to ensure proposed itineraries are feasible and well-structured before confirmation.

Customer care & quality

  • Maintain contact with travelers throughout their journey to ensure satisfaction and peace of mind.

  • Collect post-trip feedback and contribute to traveler loyalty and repeat business.

Administrative & reporting tasks

  • Report sales activity and contribute to performance tracking and follow-up.

Responsible tourism

  • Promote sustainable travel practices in all proposed itineraries.

  • Educate travelers about local culture communities and environmental impact.

Contract conditions

  • Type of contract: Freelance contract with the possibility of a long-term collaboration

  • Location: Arequipa Peru

  • Availability: As soon as possible

  • Working time: Flexible schedule

  • Work mode: On-site in Arequipa

  • Compensation: To be discussed during the recruitment process

  • Variable remuneration: Monthly performance-based bonus
