Service Technician Hydraulic Machinery (Direct Hire)

Acton MA Full-Time On-Site 20% Travel (North America & Canada)

We are hiring a Service Technician to join a growing manufacturing company in Acton MA. This is a Direct Hire opportunity for a hands-on technician with strong experience in hydraulic machinery troubleshooting and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance repair and installation of hydraulic machines
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and technical issues
Provide on-site and remote customer service and technical support
Lead installation testing and repair projects in coordination with the technical team
Support customers via phone email and on-site visits
Travel up to 20% annually for training installations and customer support

Schedule

MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Training availability preferred: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM or 10:30 AM 7:00 PM

Requirements (Must-Have)

3 years of experience as a Service Technician or Mechanical Technician
Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems
Ability to travel internationally up to 20% per year
Excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing skills
