Position Overview
TheMaintenance Technician I / Driveris responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance troubleshooting equipment issues and supporting facility operations. ThisMaintenance Technician I / Driverrole also includes driving a company vehicle to pick up and deliver parts and materials locally. The idealMaintenance Technician I / Driveris mechanically inclined dependable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required Experience & Skills
Must be at least21 years old
Validdrivers license with a clean driving record
13 years ofmaintenance experience preferred
Basic understanding ofelectrical systems (-phase)
Knowledge ofplumbing systems (PVC and piping)
Strong mechanical aptitude andtroubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong reliability attendance andcustomer service mindset
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Performroutine preventive maintenanceon building systems
Troubleshoot and diagnoseequipment issues
Complete basic repairs includingcarpentry plumbing painting and electrical work
Maintain and repairbuilding fixtures(lights doors windows floors etc.)
Select and use appropriatetools and materialsfor maintenance tasks
Support dailymaintenance department operations
Drive a company vehicle forlocal pickups and deliveries
Follow allsafety procedures and company policies
