Job Description: Client Relations Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the paper & pulp textile and oil & gas industries
- Act as the main point of contact for clients addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly
- Understand client needs and communicate them effectively to the internal team
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate project management and construction management activities with clients
- Collaborate with technicians and provide checkout/startup support as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in client relations or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in client relations within the industrial sector
- Knowledge of the paper & pulp textile or oil & gas industries is a plus
- Experience with project management software is preferred
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $75000 - $90000 per year
