Job Summary
Job Description: Billing Specialist (Remote)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the billing process for all client transactions at Parker Bingham.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to clients for custom jewelry pieces and curated collections.
- Collaborate with the sales and design team to gather necessary information for billing.
- Address any billing discrepancies or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of all billing activities and client accounts.
- Assist clients with billing inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a billing or accounts receivable role.
- Proficiency in billing software and MS Excel for invoice management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in billing or related field.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $53520 - $103680 per year.
