Job Summary
Job Description: Technical Support Specialist at Elite HVAC Heating & Air
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone email
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex technical problems
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the system
- Assist in training customers on the proper use of HVAC systems
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role in the HVAC industry
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $90000 - $125000 per year
