Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Engineer with strong expertise in energy metering technologies including developing metrology (single & three phase) DLMS/COSEM protocol and energy meter hardware architecture.
Education
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering Electronics Instrumentation or related fields. Masters degree is a plus.
Key Skill set:
Strong Understanding of Electrical Measurement Principles:
Fundamentals of AC power measurement (singlephase & threephase)
RMS calculations for voltage current power & energy
Concepts of active reactive apparent power
Power factor measurement (displacement & distortion PF)
CT/PT interfacing burden selection linearity and phaseangle correction
Antitamper metering concepts (neutral disturbance magnetic tamper bypass detection)
