As Business Application Support Analyst you will provide L1/L2 support for critical business applications to ensure operational continuity. You will be responsible for access management configuration adjustments and minor enhancements across platforms like Procore Yardi Jira and Anaplan.
Job Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Provide L1/L2 support for applications including Procore Autodesk Construction Cloud Bluebeam Yardi Ironclad BiZZdesign Jira ClickUp Anaplan
- Manage user access provisioning role assignments and permission configurations
- Troubleshoot application issues workflow errors and integration problems
- Perform configuration changes custom fields and workflow modifications
- Handle minor enhancements form customizations and report/dashboard updates
- Document resolutions create knowledge base articles and maintain support runbooks
- Coordinate with vendors for escalated technical issues and feature requests
- Monitor application performance usage metrics and error logs
- Train end-users on application functionality and best practices
- Participate in application testing for updates patches and new releases
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancements
Requirements
Required Qualifications
The top candidate will have:
- 2-3 years experience in business application support or SaaS operations
- Hands-on experience supporting multiple enterprise applications (Jira ClickUp preferred)
- Familiarity with construction/PM tools like Procore Autodesk Construction Cloud Bluebeam
- Experience with real estate/property management systems like Yardi
- Knowledge of contract management (Ironclad) and enterprise architecture tools (BiZZdesign)
- Proficiency in planning tools like Anaplan for financial/modeling support
- Strong troubleshooting skills for web-based SaaS applications
- Experience managing user access SSO and role-based permissions
- Ability to learn new applications quickly and independently
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) client-facing communication required
- Excellent customer service skills for end-user support
- Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing abilities
Bonus Qualifications
Ideally you have:
- Specific certifications in Procore Yardi Jira Administration or Anaplan
- Experience with API integrations and webhook configurations
- Knowledge of ITIL service desk practices and ticket management systems
- Familiarity with low-code platforms for custom app development
- Exposure to enterprise architecture modeling and BPMN
- Scripting experience (JavaScript Python) for automation
- Degree in Information Technology Business Systems or related field
