The Change Enablement Support Consultant (1Year Contract) )will support the organizational change management aspects of ITIL transformation initiatives. This role focuses on stakeholder communication training delivery adoption tracking and resistance management to ensure that process changes are effectively adopted across the client organization.
Two positions are available to provide adequate coverage across time zones and work streams. These roles work closely with the Change Management Senior Consultant and ITIL practice leads to ensure that technical process changes are complemented by effective people-side change management.
3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Stakeholder Communication & Engagement
Develop and execute change communication plans for ITIL process roll outs tool deployments and organizational transitions.
Create targeted communications (emails newsletters intranet updates) tailored to different stakeholder groups (executives managers end users IT teams).
Maintain stakeholder engagement tracker and escalate resistance or adoption concerns to the Change Management Lead.
Support town halls Q&A sessions and awareness campaigns for major process changes.
B. Training Development & Delivery
Develop training materials (guides quick-reference cards video scripts FAQs) for new ITIL processes and tools.
Conduct training sessions (virtual and in-person) for service desk agents fulfillment teams and business users.
Maintain training effectiveness tracking through assessments feedback surveys and competency verification.
Support knowledge base content creation for self-service learning and ongoing reference.
C. Adoption Tracking & Reporting
Monitor adoption metrics for new processes and tools including usage rates compliance rates and error rates.
Prepare adoption dashboards and progress reports for change management governance reviews.
Identify adoption gaps and recommend targeted interventions (additional training process simplification tool modifications).
Support post-go-live hypercare activities to address user issues and reinforce new behaviors.
D. Change Readiness & Resistance Management
Conduct change readiness assessments before major process roll outs.
Identify sources of resistance and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with practice leads.
Support change champion networks by providing materials coaching and progress updates.
Document lessons learned from each change rollout to improve future change enablement activities.
4. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Communications Information Technology or related discipline.
Experience
510 years of experience in organizational change management training or internal communications.
Experience supporting IT transformation or ITSM implementation projects.
Proven ability to develop training materials and deliver engaging training sessions.
Experience with change management frameworks (Prosci ADKAR Kotter or equivalent).
Familiarity with ITIL 4 concepts preferred.
