Job Description :
Provide L1/L2 support for AVEVA ERM handling incidents user queries monitoring and ensuring smooth application operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as first point of contact for ERM issues and requests
- Log and track tickets in the system
- Troubleshoot and resolve standard issues within SLA
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 with proper details
- Support users on access navigation and workflows
- Monitor jobs interfaces alerts and data sync
- Perform basic health checks and validations
- Coordinate with users and technical teams
- Prepare status updates and reports
- Participate in KT and knowledge-sharing sessions
Required Skills :
- Basic knowledge of AVEVA ERM
- Understanding of ERP/ERM support processes
- Experience in incident and ticket management
- Familiar with tools like ServiceNow JIRA or Remedy
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong communication and documentation
