The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring Quality Workforce Strategy Specialists (Level 3 & Level 4) to support the skill team responsible for hiring and staffing operations in Everett WA.
As a Quality Workforce Specialist you will collaborate with skill focal points across Quality functions and programs focusing on employee acquisition redeployment and other employee movements including skill and career this position you will support hiring processes and standards. Additionally you will support hiring events intern program process and talent acquisition improvement projects. Building and maintaining relationships with business partners managers peers and staffing leaders will be essential.
