Position: Senior Product Manager

Duties: Develops and enhances moderately complex products by developing and managing product roadmaps; gathering and documenting requirements; collecting and analyzing customer and product data; turning customer insights into actionable priorities and initiatives; prioritizing product backlog; executing on user and business acceptance criteria; and managing roll out of product features. Defines and manages strategy and business objectives for moderately complex products by conducting benchmark studies and competitive assessments; developing business cases; and setting objectives and key performance indicators for products. Coordinates completes and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. Crafts and develops solutions to business challenges by communicating requirements to key partners (for example Business leaders User Experience Engineering Analytics); and engaging with key partners to deliver and support initiatives; and communicating status and insights related to product performance to stakeholders. This position does not supervise employees.
Minimum education and experience required: Masters degree or the equivalent in Business Administration Computer Science Engineering (Any) or related area and 3 years of post-bachelors progressively responsible experience in product management; OR Bachelors degree or the equivalent in Business Administration Computer Science Engineering (Any) or related area and 5 years of post-bachelors progressively responsible experience in product management.
Skills required: Experience with SQL for data analysis via BigQuery. Experience with API based integrations for B2B2C partnerships. Experience coding in Object-oriented programming languages including C C and Java. Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle and managing software development projects. Experience with software engineering tools: Jira Github Postman and Splunk. Experience with requirements for software (design architecture testing) and platform capabilities (cloud infrastructure pipeline orchestration database network). Experience with functional and business requirements to determine end user expectations of a product functionality. Experience with either the Iterative Agile Methodology for cyclic and collaborative processes or the Sequential Waterfall Methodology for sequential or linear processes. Experience defining technical requirements to show how functional and business requirements can be achieved and the final product functionality details. Experience designing user experiences as per business needs and technical designs including documenting how that functionality is to be implemented technically. Experience developing solutions to lower the cost of producing a product or providing a service. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
Salary Range: $164715/year to $234000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
