As the General Manager you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests while managing staff ensuring quality service and maintaining the restaurants reputation. You will be responsible for implementing operational strategies that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction as well as contributing to the overall growth and success of the restaurant. We offer a competitive salary range of $110000 - $120000 annually complemented by a range of benefits and opportunities for advancement in your career.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure a high standard of service
Manage staff recruitment training and development
Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures
Monitor inventory and supply levels to ensure smooth operations
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
Prepare financial reports and manage budgets effectively

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
Entry-level experience in restaurant management or related field
