Job Purpose:
To increase efficiency in the Home Rehab Coordination department by maintaining reports and making recommendations on areas of inefficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pull information related to performance metrics in the Home Rehab Coordination department.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and update performance reports regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement strategies for improving departmental efficiency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Utilize MS Excel and PowerBI to create and manage comprehensive data reports.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into the departments processes.
  • Other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in a sales analyst role
  • Experience in handling performance metrics and reporting within a healthcare or home rehabilitation environment


Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and report generation
  • Familiarity with PowerBI for data visualization and insights
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders

Preferred Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or a related field


Preferred Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with Brightree software for home health and hospice management
  • Familiarity with PipeDrive CRM for sales tracking and management
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
