Job Summary
A trusted bathroom remodeling company with 20 years of experience serving homeowners across Sacramento the Bay Area and Northern California. We specialize in walk-in showers walk-in tubs tub replacements and full bathroom remodels delivering high-quality installations and a customer-first experience.
We are are hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to run preset qualified in-home appointments and close high-quality remodeling projects.
Responsibilities
- Run preset qualified in-home appointments provided by Rose Remodeling
- Present and sell bathroom remodeling solutions including showers tubs and full bath upgrades
- Build rapport with homeowners assess their needs and provide professional pricing and design solutions
- Close deals in the home using Rose Remodelings digital quoting and contract tools

Qualifications
- Must be available for a full-time in-home sales schedule
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Comfortable working in a commission driven environment
- Reliable vehicle valid drivers license and insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- In-home sales experience is a plus but not required
