Staff Analyst (Dept Admin Coordination)

Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for a level 3 Staff this role analyst will develop plans and objectives and provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan. Develops coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. Analyzes data and summarizes budget information workforce levels training requirements and equipment/facility needs. Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.

Delivers informational or technical materials. Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options. Provides strategic design logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events. Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget. Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops plans for long-range strategies organizational goals objectives and initiatives.
  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
  • Develops coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
  • Delivers informational or technical materials.
  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
  • Provides strategic design logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
  • Develops and deploys localized training content.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience communicating to employees customers peers and multiple levels of leadership
  • Experience collecting data from multiple sources performing analysis and presenting data
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel PowerPoint Outlook Word)
  • Experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and deliver plans
  • Experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experience working in an aerospace or manufacturing environment
  • Positive attitude willingness to think outside the box
  • Advanced critical thinking skills
