Location: Santa Clarita California
Schedule: Monday through Friday full time
- Support the Center Director with daily operations and administrative leadership
- Assist with staff scheduling coverage and ratio management
- Provide leadership guidance and support to teaching staff
- Support enrollment tours and family communication
- Ensure compliance with California licensing and company standards
- Assist with training onboarding and staff development
- Maintain a positive organized and collaborative center environment
- Must have center management experience
- Minimum of three years experience in a licensed early learning or childcare center
- ECE units per California licensing guidelines
- CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain
- Proven leadership experience in early childhood education
- Strong organizational scheduling and decision making skills
- Reliable professional and confident communicator
- Ability to manage priorities in a time sensitive environment
