Reporting to the Senior Director Operations GTW and assisting with various National Operations related projects including the launch of the new CMMS system.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Support the transition from the current Building Engines platform to the new NextWorld CMMS by helping migrate key operational data including tenant certificates of insurance and multi year property inspection records for our national portfolio. This hands on work offers a great opportunity to learn a modern CMMS system with full training and guidance provided by our Senior Manager Property Technology and the IT team.
Working directly with Senior Director Operations GTW to update various areas of the Real Estate Services Portal including the Property Standards documentation to complete a current concise easily sourced digital version of the Property Standards Manual including links to various forms processes and reference material.
Working with National Operations to roll out standardized service delivery across the country and assisting on administering national programs.

WHAT YOU BRING:

Interest in and understanding the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
General proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Strong analytical skills attention to detail ability to validate information pride of work.

Our Summer Internships/Co-Ops are four-month paid in-person opportunities commencing on May 5 2025 and concluding on August 22 2025. Interns must be available on a full-time basis for the entire duration of the program.
