About the Role
As an Engineering Manager you will lead manage and inspire engineering teams developing products to redefine HealthCare. As a hands-on leader youll help the team fulfil technical operational and business requirements. Youll guide the architecture and delivery of software products. The ideal candidate will solve complex technical challenges while delivering great consumer software products focused on incredible customer experiences.

Build and lead software teams to deliver top-tier products.
Enhance customer experience by improving functionality usability and simplicity.
Drive engineering excellence through established metrics and processes.
Create a solid project framework and development process.
Set expectations and foster a positive accountable work environment.
Collaborate effectively with global engineering teams.

What You Need

B.E. . Master in Computer Science or related field.
10 years in software architecture development and delivery.
Experience in Full-stack software development particularly with Python microservices and ReactJS/AngularJS.
Experience with Python service frameworks (FastAPI Django) for SOA components.
Background in delivering customer-facing engineering and AI solutions.
Familiarity with GenAI NLP MLOps and Agentic AI.
Knowledge of software release processes and user research methodologies.
Strong skills in RDBMS and NoSQL technologies (e.g. Redis MongoDB ElasticSearch).
Proficient in cloud technologies like AWS Azure or Google Compute.
