Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role involves managing a diverse book of business including accounts in construction contracting and other industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance excellent organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60000 - $80000 annually (with potential for higher compensation based on experience and book size)
- Incentives: 20% commission on new business
Responsibilities
- Manage a Colorado-based book of business servicing accounts from start to finish (A to Z)
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers
- Protect the best interests of clients and partners
- Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and account details
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: 3-5 years of commercial agency experience preferred
- Familiarity with Epic software is a plus
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organized with the ability to plan and execute tasks effectively
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and energy
