Who are we looking for
A seasoned Solutions Professional with exceptional track record in Banking Technology Solutioning within Corporate / Wholesale Banking.
With the intent to Design and deliver innovative new Solutions in the Corporate banking LoB.
A successful incumbent should have had a high degree of success having designed and delivered solutions and large transformation initiatives impact key business metrics at leading corporate banks in North American Markets.
S/he would work closely with our Relationship & Sales Teams and Technology Tribes to bring the best of Mphasis to clients by helping define the Go-To-Market strategy identifying opportunities in the market designing and creating solutions and collateral shaping the most suitable proposition and help build a qualified sales pipeline.

What youll be doing
- Analyse the market to identify opportunities.
- Create Proactive propositions and collateral to take to clients.
- Work with the GTM teams to design detailed Account plans.
- Help in defining the Corporate Banking GTM strategy.
- Design and build PoCs around Corporate Banking in any of the following areas:
- Commercial Lending
- Trade Finance
- Supply Chain Finance
- Digital Transformation
- Treasury Services
- Core Commercial Banking Platforms
- Present capabilities and credentials to Analyst and Advisors
- You will be responsible to support direct Revenue growth in Corporate Banking LoB
Who were looking for
- At least 15 years of experience in banking across Business Operations & technology.
- Must have a great understanding of overall Banking business including Retail Wealth Management Payments & Cards and Capital Markets.
- Must have worked in Commercial Banking department at a Bank delivering a business function withing the following
- Commercial Lending
- Trade Finance
- Cash Management
- Treasury Services
- Coverage
- At least 7 years designing and delivering Technology Solutions or working with a Commercial Banking Software
- Experience in products from Finastra FIS & Temenos is essential.
Below are the key pointers:
- We want senior Ex Bankers (not Technologists Bankers) with Commercial Banking background to play the role of an SME.
- They may not have Tech experience at all but have to be Senior Mid l-Market Commercial Bankers with decades in Coverage and Commercial Lending sales/operations
- Deep experience in Commercial Lending - preferably through the entire lifecycle.
- Ideally has Front Mid and Back-office exposure - though thats quite difficult to find. The latter two are more important than Front Office
- Should be conversant with Coverage Origination Credit Appraisal Disbursement Monitoring Covenants Loan Securitization Loan Trading
- Should have strong exposure to both Bilateral and Syndicated. Should have worked in Agency functions if latter.
