Job Description: Senior Manager Office Leasing Advisory

What this job involves:

Business Development

• Proactively engage in business development activities through focused BD networking and leveraging existing relationships across business units particularly targeting Corporate & Growth Sectors for office space.
• Identify and nurture existing corporate relationships while building new connections with developers corporate CRE heads CFOs and administrative leaders.
• Prepare marketing materials including presentations and proposals.
• Develop and execute business development strategies for assigned geography.

Transaction Management

• Provide advisory services to conclude commercial office transactions.
• Prepare information memorandums conduct financial analysis gather market intelligence and coordinate legal consultant inputs.
• Execute end-to-end transactions: assessing client requirements option sourcing client presentations site inspections pricing inputs negotiations and closure.
• Ensure comprehensive market coverage while offering suitable options to clients.
• Maintain timeliness and accuracy of delivery including cash flows and presentations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms through consistent client engagement.
• Mentor and guide team members while meeting individual and team targets

Sound like you To apply you need to be/have:

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and business development.
• Mandatory experience in office leasing advisory or corporate site perspective.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Proven client and program management capabilities for sale/lease transactions.
• Experience conducting independent project meetings and successfully closing deals.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
