The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Manager Manufacturing the Coordinator Operations Support and Logistics will be responsible for the timely and accurate entry of information and data into various internal business systems and providing logistics support for product shipping and receiving.

Location of Position:

This position will be based in our Burnaby BC office.

Specifically the Coordinator Operations Support and Logistics will:

Perform physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping receiving storing distributing and order fulfillment of products materials parts supplies and equipment.
Coordinate shipment logistics with Customers freight companies warehouses and customs brokers.
Enter information into various databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
Prepare relevant reports and/or documentation as needed.

Additional duties to assist with day-to-day coordination of the Manufacturing and RMA team operations.

What you Bring:

Education and Experience:

1-3 years of work experience in manufacturing operations support customer returns and services for manufacturing organizations.
Experience with international (Asia-Pacific) and NAFTA/USMCA shipping logistics and customs requirements.
2 years ofdata entry bookkeeping purchasing and/or invoice processing or related office experience.
Proven ability to work at an effective pace while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Experienced with MS Office Suite; experience with Accpac Sage 300 or other accounting software is an asset.
Relevant education or a diploma in logistics and supply chain management is preferred.

Self-motivated and able to work independently while exercising initiative and good judgement.
