Job Summary

Whats the job
The Academic Curriculum and Catalogue Coordinator is responsible for the accurate entry configuration and ongoing maintenance of curriculum course catalogue timetabling and enrolment data within the Universitys student information systems (e.g. Banner Syllabus Plus).

The role ensures data integrity compliance with Higher Education and Vocational Education regulatory frameworks (TEQSA ASQA ESOS HESA) and supports institutional planning priorities by delivering efficient student-focused timetables and high-quality course information.

The Coordinator also provides expert functional support across the SIS assists with quality assurance of existing courses and supports stakeholders through strong relationships customer-focused service and solutions-oriented collaboration.

  • Curriculum and Catalogue Management

  • Student Records Enrolment and Compliance

  • Data Reporting and Continuous Improvement

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract (maternity leave cover) to be located in Sydney.

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • A Bachelors degree or higher is typically required for this position along with relevant work experience.

  • Additional training or certification in records management project management or scheduling systems (desirable).

  • Experience in student administration curriculum/catalogue management SIS configuration or academic scheduling within higher education or VET (preferred).

  • Demonstrated knowledge of TEQSA ASQA ESOS and HESA compliance requirements.

  • Proven experience working with Student Information Systems (e.g. Banner Salesforce) and timetabling tools (e.g. Syllabus Plus).

  • Strong track record of data accuracy reporting and quality assurance in a high-volume administrative environment.

  • Experience in process analysis system improvements and documentation.

  • Prior involvement in compliance reporting (e.g. TCSI enrolments) and audits.

  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with academic and professsional staff.
