Job Summary
Position Summary:
- Rise with us and assist the sales team in securing new group & catering opportunities
- Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that are tailored to client requirements focusing on attention to detail
- Assist and coordinate site inspections and entertainment with a focus on conversion and providing guests with everything they need
- Support the hotels service and relationship strategy driving customer loyalty and overall wellbeing by engaging and inspiring guests through each customer experience
- Develop sales negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings
- Act as a wellbeing ambassador and promote awareness for The Westin brand
About You:
- Relevant experience in a similar role
