Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first- and second-line IT support within a ticket-based ITSM environment.
- Respond quickly and calmly to critical incidents and outages ensuring structured troubleshooting and clear communication.
- Support hybrid infrastructure environments including Microsoft Azure Active Directory/Azure AD and Microsoft 365.
- Apply and maintain endpoint security controls (patching antivirus MFA) and escalate risks when necessary.
- Assist with backup operations and disaster recovery activities ensuring data integrity and business continuity.

- Diploma/Degree in IT Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 Years experience in IT infrastructure fundamentals networking (DNS DHCP TCP/IP) and Windows OS (macOS advantageous)
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud/on-prem environments
- Ability to execute quickly and decisively under pressure with strong ownership of issues
- Clear communication skills especially during high-impact situations.
