Qualifications : Any UG / PG
CTC : *Upto 34 Lcas
Key Responsibilities:
.
Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
.
Lead manage and motivate the entire sales team across regions/channels
.
Set sales targets KPIs and performance metrics; ensure consistent achievement
.
Drive new business development and strengthen existing customer relationships
.
Responsibility for sales P&L including revenue margins discounts and operating costs
.
Monitor budgets forecasts and profitability across products and regions
.
Ensure optimal pricing cost control and margin improvement
.
Manage and grow distribution networks dealers retailers and institutional sales
.
Identify new markets channels and growth opportunities
.
Oversee key account management and strategic partnerships
.
Recruit train and develop high-performing sales managers and executives
.
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
.
Build a strong sales culture focused on accountability and results
.
Work closely with production marketing finance and supply chain teams
.
Provide regular sales reports forecasts and MIS to senior management
.
Share market intelligence competitor analysis and customer insights
