The Team

The Wholesale team drives the commercial performance of the brand in the assigned markets. Working under the guidance of the Sales Manager the team ensures that seasonal targets are met customer relationships are nurtured and brand positioning is maintained throughout the wholesale network.

The Position

As a Wholesale Key Account Manager you will be responsible for executing the brands sales strategy in your assigned market. You will manage the sell-in process build client relationships and provide key feedback on market trends. This role ensures commercial success while safeguarding the brands values and premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing the TH menswear & womenswear departments commercial strategy in Belgium & Luxembourg in line with the global strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major national accounts; lead commercial negotiations.
  • Manage the full sell-in process during showroom appointments presenting the seasonal collections to key accounts and driving order intake.
  • Optimize net sales by managing forward sales and direct sales performance while reducing returns and discounts.
  • Reporting market and business insights to the Sales Manager
  • Manage and frame the needs of the Belux markets: participate in the collection structure define business opportunities together with the Key account manager (based in France) to ensure that the assortment meets market needs
  • Train store staff on the product
  • Make regular store visits to analyze trends competition and price positioning and identify growth drivers.

  • Client satisfaction and engagement
  • Alignment of local assortments with brand priorities
  • Timely reporting of market intelligence

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance or Economics preferred
  • 5 years of sales experience in wholesale or B2B preferably fashion
  • Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills
  • Strong commercial mindset and analytical ability
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems
  • Fluent in English; Dutch and French
