DescriptionAs a Sales Manager you will lead and support the Sales team to drive the sales growth with existing accounts and proactively nurture new customers. You will work with suppliers to deliver KPIs defined by the company and increased share of wallet with our customers to ensure an exceptional customer experience for all involve.
This role will be reporting to the Country Sales Leader Benelux.
JOB DUTIES:
- Maintain and develop business with existing customers in the country.
- Identify and visit potential new customers for new business.
- Lead and develop the external sales team to build customer relationships and increase sales.
- Sales promotion campaigns management and execution.
- Generate demand for ADI Global Distribution products through installers/distributors trainings.
- Attend trade shows seminars events
- Provide support to customers to meet the company KPIs.
- Maintain the awareness of new innovations in the market through technical training on a regular basis and attending product seminars.
- Fully engage with all periodic sales campaigns and strategies including the use of CRM-system etc.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Commercially astute with an understanding of the dynamics of sales growth margin and profitability able to structure deals and work the ADI value proposition
- Fluent Dutch French and English
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Proven experience in sales with prior experience managing a team
- Readiness to regularly travel within the Benelux region
