The Opportunity

Monash University is seeking an experienced Manager ICT Services Engagement to lead ICT services and strategic projects across Australia and international campuses. You will ensure timely high-quality project delivery strong stakeholder engagement and alignment with Monashs strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ICT projects including planning implementation and post-implementation review

  • Ensure project outcomes are delivered on time within budget and aligned with strategic objectives

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Monash campuses

  • Lead and develop high-performing project teams including external consultants

  • Identify and manage project risks issues and dependencies

  • Provide high-level advice and reporting to senior management

About You

  • Postgraduate qualifications with extensive relevant experience or extensive management experience or an equivalent combination

  • Proven record managing large complex projects including change management

  • Strong planning organisational and budget management skills
    Excellent stakeholder engagement relationship management and communication skills

  • Experience leading and developing professional teams

  • Advanced project management software and ICT literacy
