Konecranes & Demag is seeking a driven Service Sales Specialist who thrives in customer-facing roles and understands industrial mechanical and electrical environments. If you enjoy solving problems building relationships and delivering smart service solutionsthis is your opportunity to join a global leader.
What Youll Be Doing
- Selling service solutions including repairs retrofits parts and modernisations
- Scheduling regular client visits to maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Understanding customer operations and offering tailored fit-for-purpose solutions
- Collaborating with service branches to ensure smooth handover and execution
- Maintaining accurate CRM records to track and achieve sales targets
- Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
Qualifications :
Who You Are
- Experienced in sales ideally within industrial mechanical or electrical sectors
- Technically mindedyou understand how equipment works
- Comfortable working to targets and engaging directly with customers
- Strong communicator and confident negotiator
- Proficient with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Holder of a valid drivers licence and willing to travel within your territory
- Engineering background with frontline selling experience to achieve set targets
