Were looking for a motivated and personable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our national sales team someone who thrives on engaging with potential customers uncovering needs and matching them with the right solutions.

As an SDR at Hub youll be the first point of contact for inbound leads and actively prospect new opportunities. Youll qualify leads schedule tours and guide prospects through the early stages of the sales process and in some cases even close the deal yourself. Youll work closely with our Sales Leads and Managers and play a critical role in maintaining a strong pipeline and achieving company growth targets.

What your day-to-day will look like (but not limited to!):

  • Act as the first touchpoint for new leads quickly qualifying and determining the best next steps.
  • Schedule and coordinate tours for qualified leads ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.
  • Manage and close deals across your own dedicated product range including proposal follow-ups and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain an active well-organised sales pipeline aligned with company targets.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to generate new leads via calls emails and social platforms.
  • Keep CRM records up-to-date with accurate lead tracking and timely reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers becoming a trusted voice throughout their sales journey.

Qualifications :

Were Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has 12 years of experience in B2B sales ideally phone-based or in a lead development role.
  • Communicates clearly confidently and can build rapport fastespecially over the phone.
  • Brings strong customer service instincts and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Can prioritise and juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Understands sales processes qualification frameworks and how to keep a pipeline healthy.
  • Has hands-on experience using CRM systems to manage leads and forecast effectively.
  • Is resilient curious and excited by the opportunity to grow within a high-performing sales team.
