About the role

Now we are looking for you to help keep us on the growth track also in the years to come as we are looking for a proactive and engaged Junior Sales Development Representative in Bucharest to join our global Sales Development team. This role is great for recent graduates people who are starting their careers in B2B Sales and have enthusiasm towards the software industry.

As a Junior Sales Development Representative youll actively contribute to our sales results from day one. You are responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities. You love challenge working in a goal-driven environment and succeeding together as a team. You are highly self-motivated think well outside-the-box and easily initiate relaxed but informative two-way conversations with prospects and customers alike. You have the hunger to succeed and attain goals of converting marketing qualified leads to meetings.

Besides your fellow Sales Development Representatives you will also be working closely with Account Executives Account Managers and the wider Marketing team. You will be reporting directly to the Sales Development Manager based in Finland.

What your day-to-day responsibilities will include

  • Research qualify and proactively reach out to ideal target accounts through cold outreach methods
  • Research qualify and convert leads coming through inbound marketing activities into sales meetings for Account Executives and Account Managers
  • Partner with Sales Marketing and Customer Success to continuously improve targeting messaging and cadences
  • Leverage our sales tech stack for multi-channel outreach and automation (emails InMails calls etc.)
  • Build clean leads lists with up-to-date accurate information utilizing our tech stack for various outreach campaigns
  • Collect document and update relevant account intelligence in the CRM accurately on an ongoing basis

Key qualifications and skills

  • It would be great if you have prior sales experience of any kind either from studies internships etc.
  • Strong communication skills in English both spoken and written
  • Self-motivated tenacious confident independent and have strong attention to detail
  • Strong desire to grow as a professional and continuously develop established ways of working

We consider it an advantage if you have

  • Previous experience in SaaS enterprise sales software industry
  • Previous experience in using relevant sales technologies such as HubSpot Salesforce LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo etc.
  • Understanding of procurement and/or supply chain management (youll be selling to procurement professionals)

This is a full-time entry-level position that provides a great starting point for your career in Sievo. The salary range for this position ranges from 4000 to 5000 RON/net per month. This is a hybrid role and candidate is expected to be based in Bucharest.
